Graduated in business administration at Cattolica University of Milan, chartered accountant and legal auditor.
Has worked for leading auditing companies and consultancy practices.
In 1997 founded Studio STL, specialised in tax, corporate and accounting advisory services, with headquarters in Milan.
Acts as statutory auditor and legal auditor for leading Italian and international companies.
Expert in corporate and tax law. Member of supervisory boards pursuant to Italian legislative decree 231/01.
In 2018 set up Studio Associato Omnia with headquarters in Milan, together with seven other partners.
