Born in Milan on 07/09/1978.
Graduated in business administration at Cattolica University of Milan, chartered accountant and legal auditor.
Winner of UNRAE scholarship for the best dissertations in Italy in the 2003 academic year.
From 2004 employed by Peugeot Automobili Italia S.p.A.
In 2007 joined Studio STL, a Milan-based firm specialised in fiscal, corporate, and accounting advisory services.
Lecturer at the school for preparation for the state examination of the Milan Foundation Of Chartered Accountants in 2011.
Co-author of “La nuova revisione legale nei sistemi di controllo societario”, published by Ipsoa.
Acts as statutory auditor and legal auditor for leading Italian and international companies.
Expert in corporate and tax law. Member of supervisory boards pursuant to Italian legislative decree 231/01.
In 2018 set up Studio Associato Omnia with headquarters in Milan, together with seven other partners.
